Since our inception, the primary business of Windsor/Aughtry Co. is developing single-family residential housing and commercial projects in the Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee market areas. Since then, our operations have expanded, allowing us to develop commercial and residential projects throughout the Southeast and we remain open to any real estate development opportunity in any location.

We have stayed true to the vision and guidance of our management team. The principals of Windsor/Aughtry Company are Paul C. (Bo) Aughtry III, F.A. (Drew) Norwood III, and Russell H. Smart.

Paul C. (Bo) Aughtry III
Bo Aughtry is president of the Commercial Division. One of the original founders, Bo has been with Windsor/Aughtry Co. since the company’s founding in 1988. He is responsible for all commercial development, investment and brokerage at Windsor/Aughtry. Click here to view Bo's full bio.

F.A. (Drew) Norwood

Russell H. Smart
Russell Smart is the Vice President/Finance and Secretary/Treasurer at Windsor/Aughtry Co. Russell joined Windsor Properties in 1986 and has been responsible for all financial matters since that time.
