James Schaumburg holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Florida State University in 1986. In his professional career, he has been fortunate enough to be employed with every facet of the Design / Build Industry from Architects, Engineers, to Prime Contractors and Sub Contractors. He was previously with Beers/Skanska Construction Company in Greenville in the Estimating Department and prior to that with Christiano Construction and Putnam Engineering and Construction as a Project Manager in the Tampa Bay area. James is responsible for overseeing the day to day development of all of our commercial projects.
