Since our inception, the primary business of Windsor/Aughtry Co. has been developing single-family residential housing and commercial projects in the Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee market areas. Since then, our operations have expanded, allowing us to develop commercial and residential projects throughout the Southeast and we remain open to any real estate development opportunity in any location. We have stayed true to the vision and guidance of our management team. The principals of Windsor/Aughtry Company are Paul C. (Bo) Aughtry III, F.A. (Drew) Norwood III, and Russell H. Smart.
