Since 1988, Windsor/Aughtry has created distinctive communities throughout the Southeast. Over the years, we’ve built more than 2,500 single family homes of uncompromising quality in more than 40 master-planned communities. While these numbers exemplify our extensive new home building experience, we consider ourselves to be creators of great communities, first and foremost, and homebuilders, second.

With deep roots in land development, our residential real estate team is involved in the creation of each community every step of the way, from acquiring the land to crafting the amenities to putting the finishing touches on every home.
