Our Field Managers Provide Personal Customer Assistance.

Upon the purchase of your new Windsor Aughtry home, you will be assigned a field manager who will be responsible for managing the construction sequence.   It is his responsibility to keep you informed of the progress of your new home through three personal orientations designed to explain how your home is being built.

Pre-Drywall Orientation:  At your next meeting, you will find that your house is ready for the walls to be put up.  It is important that we take this opportunity to meet with you and review all mechanicals such as, electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation, insulation and all other items that will be concealed once the drywall is installed.  It is also during this orientation when you will receive your closing date.

Pre-Occupancy Orientation:  At this point, your home is almost complete.  Your field manager will meet with you and make sure you understand the operation of all equipment, have reviewed the warranty manual, and inspect each room for any items that require attention so that you will be 100% happy with you new Windsor Aughtry home.
