Windsor/Aughtry Company Brings Embassy Suites Hotel to Downtown Greenville
GREENVILLE, S.C., Nov. 26, 2013 – On behalf of AHG Hotels, LLC, and River Street Lodging, LLC, Greenville, S.C.-based Windsor/Aughtry Company announces its development of a 156-suite Embassy Suites Hotel to be located along River Street and the Reedy River within RiverPlace.
The development will include the signature complimentary, cooked-to-order Embassy breakfast and evening complimentary cocktails in a lobby level venue overlooking the Reedy River. Additionally, the hotel will feature a high-end, fine dining restaurant and bar on the lobby level, overlooking the river. A roof-top venue will offer a lighter-fare menu and views of the river and Peace Center Amphitheater to the east, and the Blue Ridge Mountains to the north. The roof-top setting will also have capacity for private functions.
In addition to the multiple restaurant components, the hotel will provide banquet facilities, multiple board rooms and pre-function areas, all with river views. Guests at the hotel will enjoy access to the only indoor, year-round pool in downtown Greenville. The hotel will also include a business center and over-sized exercise facility.

In a notice from the city of Greenville, SC it was mentioned that a new Embassy Suites hotel is to be built on River Street and that part of the project is the contruction of condominiums. How would I find out more information regarding the condominiums? My husband and I are very interested in purchasing a condominium in downtown Greenville.
