Windsor/Aughtry Co. is a leading new home builder and commercial real estate developer and brokerage firm headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. We were founded in 1988 when Windsor Properties, a prominent residential real estate firm, and The Aughtry Company, a leader in commercial real estate, merged. The combined expertise of the two firms, a shared passion for real estate and new home building, and a comprehensive understanding of both the development and brokerage sides of the business, led to the creation a company with a uniquely comprehensive perspective of what it takes to be successful in real estate.

For twenty years, our company has carefully built a reputation for excellence. In the residential and new home arena, we have developed and sold more than 2,500 single family homes in 40 master planned communities in South Carolina and North Carolina. Each community begins with the acquisition of land in a premier location, continues with installation of site improvements and amenities, and concludes with new home construction. Each step in this process is supervised by one of our capable staff.

In commercial development, Windsor/Aughtry Co. has acquired, constructed and expanded shopping centers and single tenant developments in South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. These projects total over 1,000,000 square feet (GLA) and are anchored by major retailers.
