Windsor Aughtry Hotel Group of Greenville, SC, has a 132-room Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton in Kansas City, MO under construction.  The seven-story hotel will be revitalizing a parking lot at the prominent Downtown/Crossroads intersection of 16th Street and Main Street.  The address of the property is 1571 Main Street.

The hotel was designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture of Charlotte, NC and will include a Starbucks on the ground level at the intersection of 16th and Main along the KC Streetcar line.  This is the first Starbucks store to be located in a Hampton Inn/Hampton Inn and Suites with over 2,300 properties globally.  Crossland Construction Company, based out of Columbus, KS, will serve as the General Contractor to oversee and manage construction.

This is Windsor Aughtry’s first property in the Midwest.  The anticipated opening of the Hampton Inn and Suites/Starbucks is in early 2019.  Hospitality America, Inc. of Brentwood, TN will manage the hotel.
