Bobby joined Windsor Aughtry Company in November of 2017. Bobby’s primary specialties are third-party brokerage of land/investment properties and commercial development. Sample brokerage transactions range from 10+ acre retail development sites to 100+ acre residential development tracts to investment-grade properties. His development experience includes luxury urban residential, suburban residential, and student housing; such projects have ranged in size from $500,000 to $25,000,000.

Prior to Windsor Aughtry Company, Bobby served as President/CEO of Asterisk Development, LLC, a boutique real estate development firm that specialized in student housing and luxury urban residential developments in the Upstate. Bobby is an avid philanthropist, serving in leadership with the March of Dimes and the Greenville Area Parkinson Society. When not at work, you can find Bobby exercising, in the kitchen, or traveling with his wife, Sullivan, and their daughter, Libby.
