BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Gray joined Windsor Aughtry in 2002 after graduating from Clemson University with a degree in finance. In the beginning, Gray focused predominantly on land, office, and industrial brokerage. He later added development to his resume mostly in the residential condominium and hospitality space. In 2015 Gray transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) assuming responsibility for overseeing the company’s financial operations while also maintaining an active involvement in both brokerage and development. With his background in finance, Gray loves collaborating with his clients to maximize their financial position as both a broker and developer.

Gray lives in Greenville with his wife, Lacey, and their two children, Grafton and Lily. In his spare time Gray is an avid sportsman, enjoying golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Gray also dedicates his time to coaching church basketball at Westminster Presbyterian Church and served on the Board of the Greenville Theatre, where he was appointed as Chair in 2022.
