BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Before joining Windsor/Aughtry, Leif worked as a consultant specializing in site selection and industrial acquisition for an international consulting firm. Since becoming part of Windsor/Aughtry in 2007, he has taken on a variety of roles — from straightforward transactional brokerage to developing strategic solutions for clients with complex property needs.
With a clear understanding that commercial properties are evaluated through a financial lens, Leif has the expertise to analyze and interpret every attribute of a property, determining both its true value and its most suitable end user. He thrives on building lasting relationships and helping clients overcome their real estate challenges.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Leif values the relationships he has cultivated throughout his life. Time with family is a priority and he is active in his community through his church and outside service organizations. He enjoys the outdoors—especially fishing and hunting. Leif is a member of ICSC and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
