BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Tyler focuses on commercial development as well as third party brokerage across the Upstate and surrounding markets. Since joining Windsor Aughtry in 2022, he has led efforts in identifying and acquiring raw land for future residential communities, navigating the entitlement process, and coordinating with builders, engineers, and municipalities to bring new communities to life.
In addition to his development focus, Tyler represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, recreational land, and future development sites. He also works closely with small business owners to help them purchase properties for their operations. His integrated experience in both development and brokerage enables him to uncover strategic opportunities and deliver lasting value across a variety of property types.

Outside the Office
A Greenville native and former Clemson football team member, Tyler is deeply rooted in the Upstate. Outside the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, playing golf, and enjoying the outdoors.
