Investors, Don’t be timid with CRE property in Greenville, SC

After looking at the recent comparables in the Greenville County market, it is certain that investors are getting some great deals on all sorts of commercial property.  There is a large gap between the listing price and the selling price.   If you are actively looking–don’t be timid.  Make the offer.  The seller shouldn’t be offended either–an offer is much better than a “looker” any day of the week.  Additionally, always remember that you make your money when you buy not when you sell.
