Michael Spiers and Jay Alexander of Windsor Aughtry Company, Inc. completed ground lease negotiations with Panera Bread in Simpsonville, SC for the Martin Farm development.  Martin Farm is a neighborhood shopping center at the intersection of Fairview Road and Harrison Bridge Road anchored by Publix and Hobby Lobby with an additional 9600 SF of retail space 100% occupied by America’s Best Eye Care, Nail Boutique, Surya Yoga Studio and Tipsy Taco along with outparcels for development.  Outparcel tenants include Panera Bread, Chili’s and Sharonview Credit Union. Chili’s opened for business in mid-August 2018. Sharonview Credit Union and Panera Bread are under construction and scheduled for a late 2018 opening.
