Development and financing of a medical care facility named MD360 at the intersection of Scuffletown Road and Adams Mill Road, in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville for Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center. MD360 Convenient Care will be an extended-hours medical facility open for appointments and walk-in care seven days a week. The 13,600-square-foot center is designed to serve the health and medical needs of the local community, providing same day access to treatment of acute injuries and illness with in-house x-ray, radiology, sports medicine and Proaxis physical therapy. Construction on the project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2009.
MD360 will be staffed by board-certified physicians trained in family, emergency and sports medicine. Its hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon – 6 p.m. Sundays. While the buildings have been tailored for convenient care, they are readily adaptable to serve as either specialty or primary care physician offices.
