We Just Closed Our 3500th Home!

Windsor Aughtry is proud to announce that its residential division has closed it 3500th home and that’s not a bad way to close out 2013.  After building new homes in Greenville, SC, Asheville, NC, and Johnson City, TN, for over 25 years we have been able to make many dreams of home ownership come true over the years.  We would like to thank all of you who have made Windsor Aughtry your choice over the years.

There have certainly been some ups and downs along the way but no matter how the market turns our combination of quality and affordability never goes out of style.  When we experienced the crash of 2008, we saw many of our competitors disappear but Windsor Aughtry was able to weather the storm buy continuing to build a quality product in such great areas.  Some of our communities have not only survived but have actually thrived during one of the worst periods in home building history.

It is a tremendous milestone for our company to have closed on our 3500th home and we are proud.  It is through our local connection to the community and its people that have made it all possible.  We have been here for over 25 years and we’re here today and by sticking to our commitment to quality we hope to be here to build 3500 more.
