River Stone: Spring Update 2014

Started in 2006, River Stone is our largest community of new homes currently under construction and has flourished during even some of the toughest times for the housing market.  With over 300 homes sold, River Stone is a community of neighbors located in one of the best school districts in North Carolina.  As we continue to grow we would like for you to know about some of the important developments we have planned for the spring of 2014.

New Phase in the Meadows: We have continued to expand our meadows phase bringing you homes from 1014 to 2219 sq ft.  With many plans to choose from we’re certain to have something for everyone.

Introducing the Enclave: Looking for a larger home?  With our Reserve section almost sold out, we are offering similar homes so if you missed out on the Reserves, don’t worry, the Enclave is coming.

The Pool will Open in May: Though it may not feel like it right now warmer weather will be here soon.  River Stone’s community pool has been popular through the years as a great way for our neighbors to enjoy time together.
