River Stone’s Partnership with its School District.

With every new home sold in River Stone, our largest community of new homes in western North Carolina, Windsor Aughtry donates 250 dollars to the surrounding school district. (West Henderson, Rugby Middle, and Glen C. Marlow)  We have already sold around 330 houses in this community which comes to around $82,500.  We have approximately 200 houses left to sell in River Stone which means there is around $50,000 left that will ultimately belong to school district.
